Shipping Location & Costs

  • Countries: We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand only.
  • Restrictions: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
  • Cost: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within New Zealand. There are no hidden fees.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed by 5:00 PM NZT are typically processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be delivered by our courier partners.
  • Total Delivery Time: You can typically expect your order to arrive within 6–9 business days from the time of purchase. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen events.

Shipping & Tracking

  • Courier Services: We use reliable couriers such as New Zealand Post and Aramex to deliver your orders.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Order Issues (Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items)

All our shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit.

  • If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@gusandgrace.com so we can assist you.
  • If you believe an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team.
